Tip 3: Exercise.

Hello,

Today post is about exercise. I don’t know about you but when I don’t exercise for a couple of days I feel “lethargic”, very comfortable with myself.

At the moment we can go out and do our daily walk each day which has helped me because I do love walking out of all the exercises in the world walking is my number 1 favourite. I also exercise at home as well. I do a quick stretch/warm up first and then I do 10 minute exercise.

Their are so many to choose from (all different exercises) whether its an app or You tube etc . It all depends on what we like doing. I have found ideas on the app called “pin interest”. Do you have it on your phone/I pad ? its a great app. I have found great recipes to exercise tips.
